Program Description & Scope of Services

WEALTHY WOMAN EVERY DAY (“Company,” “we,” “us”) provides visibility-based promotional services designed to showcase your business to a global audience of women entrepreneurs and business owners. Promotional activities may include, but are not limited to, professional interviews, published book features, podcasts, articles, television platforms, websites, influencer sharing, and social media distribution, as outlined in the program description provided to you.

The Company agrees to promote your business professionally and in alignment with the scope of the selected program.

To continually improve our offerings, the Company reserves the right to modify, update, add to, or remove aspects of the promotional program at any time.

Visibility, Results & Measurement Disclaimer

Spotlight On Your Success is a visibility and authority-based promotional program, not a performance-based advertising or lead-generation service.

While increased visibility may contribute to long-term brand awareness, credibility, and business growth, specific outcomes such as inquiries, referrals, bookings, leads, sales, or revenue are not guaranteed.

The Company does not track, control, or have access to participants’ private business data, including but not limited to website analytics, email inboxes, direct messages, sales conversations, follow-up systems, conversion metrics, or client acquisition processes. As a result, it is not possible to accurately measure or directly attribute business results to participation in this program.

Clients acknowledge that success depends on multiple factors beyond visibility alone, including offer clarity, messaging, audience readiness, timing, follow-up, and sales execution. The Company fulfills its obligation by delivering the agreed-upon promotional exposure and media placement as outlined in the program.

No Guarantees

The Company does not guarantee referrals, bookings, sales, income, or specific business outcomes. Visibility creates opportunity; how that opportunity is leveraged is the sole responsibility of the client.

Results will vary for each participant.

The Company does not give or receive kickbacks, incentives, or payoffs related to bookings, referrals, or sales.

Content Usage & Permissions

By enrolling, you grant WEALTHY WOMAN EVERY DAY permission to use, publish, distribute, and promote any content, images, interviews, or materials you provide for the creation and dissemination of promotional assets. You confirm that you have the rights to all materials submitted and fully release the Company from any liability related to their use.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of visibility and promotional services, all sales are final once work has begun.

If you cancel within five (5) days of purchase and before any promotional materials are created or distribution begins, you will receive a full refund. Once promotional work has commenced, refunds are not available.

Automatic Payment & Membership Cancellation

For recurring or annual plans, cancellation must be submitted via email to info@wealthywomaneveryday.com
within five (5) days prior to your next scheduled automatic payment. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in the next payment being processed, and no refund will be issued.
